dot+ · Meeting recorder
dot+ records your meeting, knows who said what, and hands you the summary, the decisions and the tasks when you hang up. This page is written the way dot+ writes up your meetings.
You press record and stay in the conversation. When you hang up, dot+ already has the transcript with every speaker labeled, a short summary, what was decided and who does what. It works in person or on Zoom, Meet and Teams calls, in Spanish, English and French.
The app, the widget, Control Center or the menu bar. On Mac, both sides of the call.
Every speaker gets a label, even when the meeting mixes languages.
Click a point and you jump to that moment in the transcript.
Filter them by person and tick them off when done.
The answer cites the meeting it came from.
Ready-made templates for each meeting type. Or describe your own and dot+ drafts it.
PDF, HTML or text. You choose what goes in. This page uses the same design.
The launch moves to October 14 if QA signs off on Friday. Pricing does not change for the beta, and the App Store copy still needs an owner.
On your device, synced through your iCloud.
dot+ records from your device. On Mac it notices the call and asks you once.
Offline it transcribes on the device and says so.
Only you record. Tell people you are recording; your local law may require it.
We built dot+ because we spent our meetings typing instead of listening.
00:04Notes ready: a summary, 2 decisions and 3 tasks.
00:11It is a beta. Some things will break, and we want to hear about each one.
00:19Transcription and diarization run on-device or with our transcription provider (AssemblyAI). Audio, transcript and your notes then go to Google (via Firebase) for one enhancement pass.
